It started over ten years ago with a thought that quickly turned into a day-dream that swiftly moved into a plan that eventually became a reality. Having grown up in Egypt, surrounded by the Mediterranean sea and lakes, the owner, Khaled Soliman, of Rayan Poissonnerie and Restaurant was confident in his knowledge of seafood and seafood recipes, and establishing a restaurant, in Montreal, only made sense. Early on they built a solid reputation and loyal guests and soon began opening new locations. In Egypt eating fish is like a celebration and they aim to bring that same celebration and authentic flavours to your table each and every visit.
